Legal differences of a confederative state system from federation

Abstract:
Article is devoted to display and justification of legal differences, features of formation and confederation and federation functioning. In it the analysis of the various points of view national and foreign experts is submitted. The position of the author, her justification which is based upon a legal basis is opened.
