The legal system in the conditions of crisis and transition state of statehood: the interdependence of development

Objective: to investigate the relationship in the development of statehood and legal system so as to reflect the bilateral nature of their functional dependence, to better understand the processes occurring in the crisis periods of the life of the society; to reflect the value of «external» factors, including the state development, on the development of law, the legal system in crisis. Methodology: the study was based on knowledge of the General theory of state and law, and also in the sphere of public administration. Conclusions: a brief concept of the crisis highlights the cyclical ha-nature and interrelationship of crises in different social spheres, installed mutual conditionality in development of the state and legal phenomena, the legal system in the conditions of crisis and transition state statehood. Scope of the study: the aim of the study of the concepts and features of the legal system, statehood, the knowledge of which the author was used as the data developed in the framework of the General theory of state and law. Attention is paid to the generality of the development of statehood and legal system from the point of view of the cyclical nature of their development and the inevitability of crises. Practical value: the results of the study can be used as part of the formation of the direction, which is proposed to define as «legal crisisology». Originality: the questions related to the study of theoretical AC pacta protection of the legal system in crisis conditions, insufficiently developed and studied in the modern Ukrainian legal science, as it is in this context that this matter was not addressed. Therefore, despite the fact that issues affecting the legal system, have been done and continue to do many scholars, such aspect as the consideration of the legal system in conditions of the crisis and its relationship to the development of statehood fundamentally practically not been studied. The work is intended for researchers in the field of theory of state and law.
