Abstract:

In article the model of innovative microcredit at regional level, and also the principles and instruments of considerable improvement of welfare of rural territories of the Republic of Dagestan for which improvement of wellbeing of country people and development of agricultural sector of economy is one of the most important problems of development of regional economy and its foreign economic relations is considered.
