Abstract:
Now the attention of the public was accented on questions of strengthening-softening of punishments for crimes. By results of the conducted research authors have come to a conclusion that most pressing question of realisation of punishment under criminal law of the persons making regular and heaviest korystno-violent crimes is not any mythical humanisation of punishment or re-education, and protection of all other citizens, a protection of company from "habitual" and "professional" criminals for as much as possible long term that confirms foreign experience.
