Abstract:

The article reveals the common characteristics and trends of the international experience of legal regulation of the political system to counter extremism and terrorism. As part of the article discusses , questions the political and regulatory system to counter extremism and terrorism , and focuses on the author emphasizes that in order to combat the problem of extremism at the international level should be more qualitative study it and consider not only the legal aspects , but they are socio-political
