Abstract:
In modern economy a major factor of increase of production competitiveness is active innovative development. In the Russian Federation the main financial source of innovative development of space-rocket industry enterprises is state orders for research and development. Thus development of space-rocket industry is directly connected with a choice of the most effective directions of development and the organization of their financing in the conditions of limited resources. In the article a mathematical model of management by the industrial technologies is considered, the model allows to carry out selection of innovative projects for their subsequent budgetary financing on the basis of the concept of the enclosed priorities.
