Abstract:

The article contains methodological approaches to qualitative and quantitative analysis of the competitiveness of diversified companies and their business activities that can be the base for creating competitive advantages. The proposed economic and mathematical model for quantitative assessment of the competitiveness of company’s business activities, which can provide a basis for determining the most promising areas of diversification given existing core competencies.
