Abstract:
The article considers the cluster approach in managing the economic territory. The increasing interest in territorial clusters reflects the awareness of the importance of the territorial resources in stimulating competitiveness and innovative capacity of enterprises, which is manifested in the models and instruments of economic policy. The conclusion is that the process of the formation of clusters can and should become a catalyst of the growth of competitiveness territory of Caucasian Mineral Waters and the North Caucasus Federal district in General.
