Abstract:
For many years the people of Dagestan living in challenging circumstances. The article presents results of research currently prevailing socio-economic and criminological environment in the Republic of Dagestan, carried out by a team based on reliable accounting and statistical data. The result of the study is offered in the article author's approach to the normalization of the situation in the territory. An integrated approach that includes regulatory activities and socio-economic nature. Article is applied and after the application of the proposed measures, requiring repeated scientific research results
