Article is devoted to the celebrated annually on April 2 the day of Russia and Belarus ' unity. To write research demonstrate the organizational and technical ability to use the results of the activities of the Russian space grouping while maintaining law and order on the territory of Belarus and Russia. There are some aspects that are important scientific and practical significance in terms of improving information for law enforcement and security of the Union State of Russia and Belarus at the present stage. The author of the article talks about the need for a regulatory framework for regulating the process. The possibility of using space products quality will have a positive impact on many sectors of the business and economic activities of the Union
