Abstract:

The article is devoted to consideration of interest as the object of ensuring the national security of the resources of the criminal proceedings. Was the comprehension of interest through the prism of the spirituality of the Russian people. In the article justified position, according to which the spirituality of the Russian people must act as a system-building component of national security.
