Abstract:
There is defined major factors of international activities integration of the states for joint counteraction of crime at the international, regional and universal level. It was conducted the komparativny analysis (in the field of comparative and foreign criminology), the statistical analysis. Conclusions. It is necessary to develop the qualitatively new strategy of integration in the sphere of the international fight against crime, new methods and forms of interaction of national authorities, change of the international and national criminal legislation.
