Abstract:
The article is devoted to one of the fundamental problems of the theory of law, constantly attracting the attention of scientists, - structuring of the system of law. There is doctrinal position in relation to its objective and subjective nature of the presented approach disclosed in present article, and on this basis all sectors of law was proposed to divide on material and procedural. However, the main attention is paid to the vertical division of law, which is the most controversial issue in theory of law. Thus, despite the diversity of views on the vertical structure of the system of law, scientists are agree that the norms of law, which are combined in a specific group, aimed at regulating separate social relations with their subjects, rights and duties. During the considering the sectoral division of law the article deals with issues of autonomy and comprehensive of the branches of the law.
