Abstract:

In the present article the author opens concept of gamblings and the author offers the various points of view of the reasons and ways of fight against them in the XVII century Besides, expresses opinion that a subject of fight was game, to be exact, at all game, and loss in it which is incentive motive to be engaged in theft for the lost.
