Abstract:
The article studies some reasons of inefficiency of the exercising authorities the state faunistic control and also describes the gaps in legislation and the Federal law On Protecting Rights of Entities and Individual Entrepreneurs when Exercising State Control (Supervision) and Municipal Control. The author of the article also suggests certain options to eliminate the gaps and raise the efficiency mentioned state control (supervision).
