Abstract:

This article covers the most critical issues related to the understanding of the subjective conditions for exemption from criminal responsibility for crimes committed in the area of economic activity as the damage caused to a citizen, organization or state in the commission of a crime, or transfer to the federal budget, the income received by crime, as well as transfer to the federal budget in the amount of any refund five times the amount of damages or the income derived from the commission of the crime.
