Abstract:
Task - analyze the social conditioning of corruption crimes and identify problems in the implementation of the prevention of corruption crimes. Model - as used research methods should be noted general and specific research methods, including systematic analysis of the phenomena being studied and the results, the method of concrete sociological and criminological research. The basis of the study were scientific works in the field of criminology, criminal law, public statistics, analytical materials. Conclusions - Draft program of anti-corruption, the results of the activities of law enforcement agencies to combat corruption need to publish to people familiar with the proposed measures and could assess the effectiveness of the work done on the prevention, suppression and prevention of corruption. Research/the possibility of subsequent use of the results of scientific work - research is devoted to the analysis of social conditioning of corruption crimes in modern Russia / results can be used in the implementation of measures to combat corruption in the various services. Practical significance - positions and conclusions of the study may contribute to increased attention to the issues identified, increasing the effectiveness of anti-corruption measures.
