Abstract:

Analysis of the Government of the Orenburg region, in cooperation with the regional bank JSC "Bank Orenburg" suggests that the power of the subject of the Russian Federation can significantly affect the level of economic security in the region by careful deliberate policy on the retention of public sector employees, using mortgages with state support.
