Abstract:
In article features of enterprise risks, their influence on economic growth taking into account the factor of uncertainty and structural conversion’s measurements in economy of the modern period reveal. The system approach on revealing of variety of risk factors and acceptance of optimising decisions on their minimisation is offered.
