Abstract:
In the conditions of development of business activity the significant role is played by bankruptcy institute. In the article describes of cross-border insolvency according to the Russian law. The author on the basis of the analysis of the current legislation investigates the bankruptcy complicated by a foreign element, conditions of further development.
