Abstract:

Counteraction to investigation exerted organizations meters and leaders of criminal communities, it is now significantly impede the investigation process and as a result contribute to the avoidance of themselves and participants from criminal liability. Analysis of the investigative and judicial practice suggests that the investigating authorities have real opportunities to effectively confront the activity of the organizers and leaders of criminal communities for the purpose of counteraction to investigation. For these purposes they can be used procedural means, aimed at identifying and blocking the financial means available to the leaders of criminal communities. Deprivation of the opportunity to manage financial resources of the leaders of crime, results in a significant restriction of the possibilities of combating exerted on the process of investigation. Timely and consistent implementation of the given procedural means, in full least help to neutralize and overcome resistance investigation that ultimately with-leads to an objective investigation of criminal cases and to bring the guilty to criminal responsibility.
