Abstract:
Target: the Rights of the child - actively discussed the problem with both scientific and practical value. The article aims to clarify some problems related to the implementation of children's rights. The article presents the point of view of modern scientists-jurists on the issue. Conclusions: in law and law enforcement practice of the Russian Federation proclaimed and realized the rights of the child enshrined in international treaties. The degree of protection of the rights of the child depends on the circumstances and the particularities of each case, already caused or potential harm to the welfare of the child. Originality/value: this article focuses on the necessity of improving the legislation in this area.
