Abstract:
This article is devoted to the problem of the reflection of the development of cyber technologies in the wrongful behavior. The article notes that today there is fairly broad consensus among States on many kinds of illicit activities, including cybercrime, which should be eliminated within and beyond national borders. This consensus should be translated into the criminal law regime in which all States that are somehow connected to the Internet are required to prohibit forms of conduct which are considered by all parties as a destructive or obscene.
