Abstract:

The article, based on an analysis of the existing theoretical provisions on legal doctrine and the legal status of the public body, historical and constitutional determinants, formulates the doctrinal model of legal status of Russian procuracy in modern conditions and defines its functions and meaning. At the theoretical level it reveals the functional ratio of prosecutorial and judicial activities in the legal system of the legal state.
