Abstract:
The article discusses the issue of specificity of the traditional and religious legal families of the countries of the modern world. A study of correlation between various sources of law in different groups of countries belonging to the families of the religious and traditional law. Identifies their specific features, allowing to distinguish from the families of Romano-Germanic, Anglo-Saxon and socialist groups.
