Abstract:

In this article, the authors examine the issues of copyright protection on the Internet. Protection of copyright in works of literature, science and art on the Internet is among the most difficult problems of civil law regulation. The analysis of sources of legal regulation of protection of copyright on the Internet. The authors stress that, at present, no national legal system and infrastructure of open information networks did not provide guaranteed protection of user information. The information obtained from the Internet or sent via the Internet can be distorted, fabricated, read. Pay attention to some problems of protection of honor and dignity of the authors on the Internet. The article offers the author's definition of the Internet as a technological system for general use, enabling the handling and exchange of environmental information available through computer technology.
