Abstract:

The article specifies the term «doping», as well as analyse the recent amendments to laws and regulations, which regulate the relations connected with antidoping in the field of sport. Moreover, the article establishes the gaps in Criminal and Labour Law of Russian Federation and considers еhe problems of application of the above mentioned Codes, and describes proposals for modification of the current legislation.
