Abstract:
The author considers numerous theories of innovation modernization in the article, their similar and distinctive features are analyzed. At the same time, the differences in theories are related to details relating to the conditions, prerequisites and elements of the process of transformation of traditional societies into modern societies. The similarity of the many concepts of innovation modernization that appeared in the period under consideration in this article is that they all considered transformation as a multidimensional and complex process. The thesis on the most important role of states in the international sphere in the implementation and protection of national interests in the field of innovative modernization is an invariable attribute of the reasoning of theorists of innovative modernization.
