Abstract:
In the scientific article gives a socio-legal analysis of autocratic leaving minors families and children of public institutions, the statistical characteristics of this phenomenon on the Central Federal District, listed the subjects of prevention, the main directions of their activities. The purpose of writing this article: the search for ways and forms solutions of social problems - absence without leave minors families and children's public institutions. Methodology: the article is made on the basis of: comparative typological, logic and analysis, formal logical, system-structural, statistical methods of scientific research. Conclusions: the statistical analysis of the state and development of the studied phenomenon - absence without leave minors families and children of public institutions, is the basis for evaluation of preventive agents and forms the basis of understanding their current needs and adjustments of various kinds, directions, means, forms and methods of work. Scope of the study: this article was prepared on the basis of statistical data for the Central Federal District for the 2014-2015 years. Practical value: the provisions of article can be used in the practice of law-enforcement bodies on improving the system of crime prevention minors. Social consequences: the protection of the rights and interests of children, to ensure the safety of their life and a comfortable family environment.
