Abstract:
The article reveals the content employment legal status of a minor athlete. A comparative analysis of the status of ordinary workers and athletes. The General and specific features in the rights and responsibilities of juvenile athletes. Special attention is paid to disciplinary and material responsibility of athletes under the age of 18, and also safeguards their rights
