CHALLENGES OF SOCIAL ENTREPRENEURSHIP

The article reveals the social entrepreneurship as a new phenomenon of the modern Russian state. Entrepreneurship, which is based on profit generation for the implementation of various social projects, has to be developed on the basis of the best international practice. The author believes that it should be social entrepreneurs to create new models of social activities for the formation of innovative socially oriented economy. Social entrepreneurship will increase the cost-effectiveness through the optimal use of human resources, in particular, such groups as large families and people with disabilities, graduates of orphan asylum, ex-prisoners, etc. The conclusion isthat the developmentof socialentrepreneurshipwill contribute tothe employmentof socially vulnerable groupsandpeople for whom full-timeemployment is not possible. Social entrepreneurshipin willalso promote the developmentof social services, improving of its qualityand accessibility.
