FEATURES OF LEGAL REGULATION OF INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY MARKET OF THE EUROPEAN UNION AND THE EURASIAN ECONOMIC UNION AT THE REGIONAL AND NATIONAL LEVEL

Background: The purpose of writing this article is to analyze the legal intellectual property regulation of the market of the European Union and its comparison with the legal regulation of intellectual property market of the Eurasian Economic Union, revealing especially in the field of intellectual property market regulation at the level of consideration of common economic zones, as well as the characteristics of the intellectual property legislation of individual state-members of interstate formations. Methods: As a result of identifying the intellectual property market features of the European Union and the Eurasian Economic Union, the author concluded that the need to introduce the experience of the European Union on the harmonization of legislation of the member countries of the Economic Zone in the solution of problems arising in the formation of the legal framework of the Eurasian Economic Union. Activities on the approximation of legislation and the establishment of a common approach to the regulation of relations in the sphere of intellectual property market should be carried out with the help of a powerful administrative resource. That common principles of regulation can lead to accelerated economic development of the Eurasian Economic Union in the region.
