Abstract:

In the present paper investigates the problems associated with legal uncertainty classification of wildlife to the property category. Particular attention is paid to the history of legal regulation of foreign law and legal doctrine, in a study which shows the specifics of the property rights, especially the acquisition and transfer of this right.
