WORLD MIGRATION AS FACTORS AFFECTING THE FORMATION OF THE MODERN MIGRATION LEGISLATION OF THE RUSSIAN FEDERATION

The article considers problems relating to the current state of the migration legislation of the Russian Federation. The author proves that the development of modern migration law occurs under the influence of a number of political and economic factors, closely linked to migration processes taking place in the world. Under the influence of these processes is a constant change in immigration laws. These changes the author examines how the natural response of governments to these or other problems caused by migration. It is noted that the objective nature of migration processes, leading to changes in migration legislation, creates significant problems for the industry regulatory. Among these problems, the author mentions the contradictions in migration law, redundancy of certain provisions in various statutes. The solution of these problems the author sees in the system work to eliminate gaps and conflicts that characterize legal regulation of migration processes.
