Abstract:
In the article the peculiarities of Genesis and the essential characteristics of the phenomenon of power within post-industrial society. Analyzed key features of the companies of a new type, particularly the main one related to the changing role of the phenomenon of information. It is concluded that in post-industrial society being implemented information power, which is characterized by dynamism, polysubject and a huge manipulation and the target potential. In this regard it is stated that a detailed study of information processes and information policy.
