Abstract:
The socio-political consequences of conflicts, their functional orientation are the focus of political scientists, sociologists, philosophers, Conflict Resolution. And the conflict of interest, which leads to specific, often unexpected results. The article presents a hierarchy of social and political conflict at the macro level, it shows an indissoluble dialectical relationship data conflicts with the social and political changes, which, in turn, lead to the temporary equilibrium and stability, create new alternatives for further development.
