Abstract:
The process of forming the general systems theory has deep historical roots . Based on the initial positions of the representatives of "natural philosophy" and ending with the modern approaches to the definition of its component parts and the analysis of the functioning of systems , the characteristics of their interaction , the general systems theory is still at its infancy . Despite the fairly representative and authoritative part of the problem researchers substantial development general systems theory has not received. This is due to the large volume and complexity of the problems to be solved . At the same time, the development of general systems theory , revealing its basic laws of functioning , is indispensable for the most important achievements of scientific thought. This article is intended for graduate students, doctoral candidates, teachers, researchers, general systems theory.
