Abstract:
Based on the analysis of legislation and law enforcement practice of the Russian Empire considered the issues discrimination of religious denominations and their believers, and draw conclusions about the prevalence of economic and political factors in the legal regulation, about the evolutionary secularization of public life and the confessional rights of transition under the Soviet regime discrimination on religious grounds to the new, illegal stage.
