Abstract:
Working in petrochemical industry of China, women constitute a separate group, the identifying feature of which appears to be relevant. The fact is that for various reasons women are leaving companies in the petrochemical industry. Identifying the causes of this situation and its overcoming is important for the development of petrochemical industry of China, and for the decision of social problems of the country, as women make up almost half of its population.
