Abstract:
The article reveals which arose during the financial crisis, the problems of state actions on social protection of families with children. Explores the issues of appointment and payment of maternity capital, as well as established ways of its possible use.A special place is given to the question of enlarging the circle of persons entitled to receive the parent capital. The author analyzes the existing legislation on social protection of large families. Identifies gaps and makes proposals for its improvement.
