Abstract:
In this article legislative basics of public administration by electoral process in the Russian Federation are covered. Conclusions are drawn that precepts of law carry out state and imperious impact on participants of electoral process, at the same time defines limits of intervention of government bodies and their officials in political activity of parties and candidates. Besides, precepts of law are urged to support balance of interests between government bodies and participants of electoral process.
