THE RUSSIAN NATIONAL IDEA: A THEORETICAL AND LEGAL RESEARCH

Task: the study of the question of the Russian national idea in the legal aspect of the actual problem of modern Russia, in view of the fact that this issue is addressed not only in the educational literature and political life of the country, but also dictated by the development of national statehood. The aim of the work is to study the issue of the Russian national idea in the legal aspect, the achievement of which is possible through the implementation of the following tasks: - research of scientific literature of domestic and foreign authors on the national idea; - study of legal regulation in the field of national idea; - the study of the position of statesmen of modern Russia on the formation of the national idea. The question of the national idea of the state in General, and the definition of the nation was addressed in the works of such scientists, like Brzezinski, Z., Weber M., Ortega y Gasset J., M. Rotting In the Russian literature the following should be noted researchers on the issue of national idea of Russia: N. Berdyaev.A. Vorob'ev K. A., Parshikov A. N., Ioffe O. S., Smolin, M. B., Sulakshin S. S., Telemtayev M., And Troitsky, E. S. Model: the methodological basis of the research is represented by such methods as philosophical method - method of dialectics; General scientific - historical method; General logical methods - analysis, synthesis, deduction, induction; special legal-formal - legal method, comparative legal method, method of state-legal regulation. Summary: the main conclusions of this scientific article are: - lack of consensus on the Russian national idea in the works of legal scholars, sociologists, philosophers; - lack of state approach to the formulation of the national idea of Russia; - there are statements of politicians of the present concerning national idea of Russia; - the alternative concept of the national idea of Russia is formulated; - the legislative framework of Russia is mainly built in a single key on some issues of the features of the national idea of Russia. Research framework/the possibility of subsequent use of the results of scientific work: the study includes the analysis of not only legal literature on the topic of the article, but also works in the field of political science, history, sociology. The combined study of the sources within the specified scientific framework is necessary in the study of the Russian national idea in the legal aspect, due to the fact that the scientific article, and, accordingly, the legal science is filled with useful knowledge. Subsequent use of the research results obtained in this article may be legal scientific community in the study of the Russian national idea. Practical importance: the practical significance of the results of this scientific article lies in the fact that the conclusions made in this study can be applied in law-making activities, thereby filling the existing gaps, which in the future will have a positive impact on public life. Social consequence: the scientific article will influence the development of discussions about the Russian national idea existing in the Russian society. The Russian national idea is not yet a formed idea in the young Russian understanding, because the process of finding and formulating the Russian national idea began just over twenty years ago. Originality/value: the value of this research is due to the author's contribution to the development and formulation of the Russian national idea through the prism of the study of its legal aspect.
