Abstract:
Objective: The main task of the study is to determine the content and dynamics of the positions of the parliamentary parties of the Russian Federation on the problem of spatial development of Russia with an emphasis on the sphere of regional policy. Model: The study is based on an analysis of the set of program documents of leading parties in the Russian Federation and a comparative study of their attitudes and proposals. Particular attention is paid to the identification of constant and dominant views, as well as the factors of their actualization in the framework of election campaigns to the State Duma of the Federal Assembly of the Russian Federation in 2011 and 2016. Conclusions: the main the general and distinctive characteristics of party positions on regional policy issues, the degree of their attention and interest in the direction of development of the country under consideration, attitudes to various of its instruments. Practical significance and scope of the research: The obtained conclusions can be used in the field of theoretical development of problems of spatial development of Russia, improvement of its federal structure and central-regional relations, forecasting vectors of the development of political processes at the federal and regional levels, to improve the effectiveness of political decisions in the field of regional policy of the Russian Federation. Originality / Value: This work is intended for specialists engaged in studying the processes of spatial development, electoral cycles, the problems of the formation and implementation of regional policy.
