Abstract:

The article analyzes the current legislation on the judiciary and status of judges concerning the legal regulation of labor and federal magistrates and provided them social guarantees. Article useful to judges and employees of personnel services of ships, graduate students, researchers, dealing with legal regulation of labor and federal magistrates and provided them social guarantees, senior students of legal specialties.
