Abstract:
A study of political parties as actors of innovation development is determined by complex contemporary realities of political life in a particular country and the world at large. For the Russian state is an actual problem of constructing the national political system, the most important structural element of which is the party system, aimed at innovative development, modernization of public relations. Political parties, as generators and communicators of modern ideas should play the role of innovative development actors.
