Abstract:

In the present article the author analyzes the last changes in the civil procedure code, the arbitration procedural code, the code of administrative legal proceedings connected with introduction of new conciliatory procedures. The detailed characteristics of procedures of mediation, judicial reconciliation, negotiations, verifications of documents, an order of the conclusion of the voluntary settlement and others are given.
