THE FORMATION OF SYMBOLIC POLICY TOOLS

Task of this article is to carry out the analysis of methods of forming of public opinion including to a short time and in extreme conditions. To review a historical example of similar process from the point of view of modern forming of handling technologies. There was created the hypothesis that in the conditions of forming of new political regimes it is necessary to use all possible tools of an impact on public opinion. This hypothesis is considered in a historical example with use of historical documents. The assumption has been made that in the conditions of creation of new political regimes the complex of handling technologies shall create full-fledged reality in public opinion. Conclusions. This article offers a new view on a problem of public opinion forming in the conditions of creation of new type of a political regime, about a role of symbolical policy of the state in forming of public opinion of the population, about methods and tools in symbolical policy; promotes understanding of modern political, marketing and other handling technologies.
