Abstract:
The analysis of the main international legal acts in the sphere of regulation of the right for vacation was carried out. The general principles and models of legal adjusting of the right for vacation in Conventions of the ILO were determined. The possible directions of the implementation of international labor law in the sphere of workers’ vacation right regulating in the Russian labor law were considered
