Abstract:
This article is based on the idea that the success of the investigation of suspended criminal cases involving crimes committed by youth gangs motivated by racial and national hatred is not possible without the cooperation of the investigator and search units. It is concluded that the interaction of the investigator with the operational staff in establishing the identity of suspects and wanted. The findings of this study will be useful for both undergraduate and graduate students, as well as for practitioners
