Abstract:
Background. In 2010, in developed economies digitalization forms the phenomenon of big data. The digital datification inspires quantitative and qualitative changes in all spheres of life. These transformations have not been studied in a complex way till now. In fact, datafication inspires the idea of the impossibility of stable scientific and theoretical concepts, the «end of the theory» as such [Anderson, 2008]. Methods. The aim of the research is to form a holistic theoretical representation of the phenomenon of digital datafication in a social context on the basis of systemic and functional analysis of its characteristics at the newest stage. The paper answers 2 RQ: RQ1: What are the characteristics of digital datafication in the latest formats; RQ2: What kind of transformation inspires digital datafication in today's society. For the first time, it is proposed to study digital dating in the conceptual framework of turn and fix its ontological essence. Results. The article presents the results of a theoretical study of the phenomenon of big data in the newest formats of the Internet of Everything and the Internet of the Bio Nano Things. The author defines big data as a biotechnosocial phenomenon and define digital datafication as a turn of the universal type. The paper presents the points of bifurcation in datafied society. Security threats in the field of personal data and datafied digital divide are presented and defined. For the first time, a number of concepts are introduced, in particular, Homo datus. A number of theoretical and practical recommendations within the framework of the national program «Digital Economy» (2017-2015) are presented. Conclusion. Big data is the state strategy of «Big» Russia in the national model of digital economy. Theoretical studies of datafication in a social context allow us to identify the points of bifurcation and provide practical recommendations for managing potential conflicts: personal, social, economic, etc.
